NBC Entertainment, Senior Press Manager, Entertainment Publicity             1996-2003
Managed national consumer publicity for NBC primetime programming, including “Just Shoot Me,” “Scrubs” and “Freaks and Geeks,” as well as numerous pilots.  
Formerly managed worldwide consumer and trade publicity for NBC’s children’s programming.  Also managed overseas publicity for NBC Studios’ syndicated properties.
Supervised all advertising and promotional materials created for the above-mentioned shows, as well as awards submissions and the creation of the Teen NBC (TNBC) website.
Created the NBC Teen Press Tour in 1997, to garner attention for shows not normally covered at the traditional TV Critics Association event.
 
Was one of the first press managers sending

Cartoon Network/Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc., Director, Public Relations      1994-1996
Supervised consumer and trade publicity for Cartoon Network and Hanna-Barbera's animated series.  This included production and licensing PR - i.e., toy deals, home video releases, interactive games, etc.  
Supervised national consumer publicity for all Hanna-Barbera shows.  Wrote all press releases and biographies, chose artwork, developed publicity plans and timelines, and oversaw network publicists.  
Supervised national publicity for Hanna-Barbera's ancillary products, i.e., Animation Art business, NASCAR Winston Cup race car, Hanna-Barbera website, etc.  Involved in all aspects of planning through implementation.  Oversaw the work of two publicists and coordinators on these projects.  
Developed strategic long-term publicity plans for all projects mentioned above.
Pushed for (and later oversaw) development of the first Hanna-Barbera website (and related URLs) before their value was recognized by executives.
